The work process isThe process will continue in the order of "unraveling (washing)", "pattern matching", "cutting", and "tailoring", but please note that we may not be able to meet your request if there are severe "stains" or "fading" due to age-related deterioration.

The delivery time is about 2-3 weeks after the kimono is received at our store, but we ask that you pay in advance (shopping cart).

Note)Please be aware that once the kimono has been cut, it cannot be put back together again. Also, please note that "pattern matching" is basically left to us.

About Shipping Methods

Shipping methods are determined by our store, and as a general rule, customers cannot choose their own shipping method. For shipments within Japan, we primarily use Yamato Transport; for international shipments, we use Japan Post’s EMS or UGX, or FedEx.
Items will be shipped within 5 days of purchase.
As a general rule, we do not accept requests for specific dates or time slots.
However, if for any reason you would like to specify a shipping method, delivery date, or delivery time slot, please be sure to contact us in advance [before placing your order]. We cannot accommodate such requests after an order has been placed. Thank you for your understanding.

Orders Shipped to the United States
Prices for shipments to the United States already include the customs duties and import-related fees required at the time of import.
