About Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges on this website (hereinafter referred to as "our store") will be as follows

If the total amount of your purchase is 11,000 yen or more, we will send it to you free of charge.

Japan Nationwide (Free Shipping)
*If your purchase total is less than 11,000, a flat rate of 770 yen will be charged for shipping.

[ USA ]

If the total amount of your purchase is over $200, you will receive free shipping.

USA $0 (Free Shipping)
*If your total purchase amount is less than $200, we will charge you a flat rate of $30 for shipping.

[ Singapore ]

IF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF YOUR ORDER IS OVER 100$(SGD), YOU WILL RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING.

*If your total purchase amount is less than $100 (SGD), we will charge you a flat rate of $15 for shipping.

If your total purchase is 70€ or more, you will receive free shipping.

About Shipping Methods

  • THE SHIPPING METHOD IS SPECIFIED BY US AND, IN PRINCIPLE, CANNOT BE SELECTED BY THE CUSTOMER. WE SHIP MAINLY BY YAMATO TRANSPORT IN JAPAN AND BY JAPAN POST'S EMS OVERSEAS.

  • Items will be shipped within 5 days of purchase.

  • As a general rule, we do not accept requests for specific dates or time slots.

  • However, if for any reason you would like to specify a shipping method, delivery date, or delivery time slot, please be sure to contact us in advance [before placing your order]. We cannot accommodate such requests after an order has been placed. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Orders Shipped to the United States  

    Prices for the U.S. include all customs duties and import-related fees required at the time of importation in advance.
    You will not be charged any additional fees by the shipping company upon receipt.
    Please feel free to pick up your shipment as is.
    (Delivery will be made by the DDP method.

  • Orders to Other Countries
    Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer (DAP terms). Please note that you may be billed by the shipping carrier (FedEx, Japan Post, etc.) upon arrival.


About the number of days for delivery

  • We use a shipping method with a tracking number to ensure delivery to our customers.

  • Basically, it will arrive in 2-3 days after delivery is completed. (In some cases, such as on remote islands, it may take 3-4 days.)

  • For the U.S.A. and France, the delivery time is approximately 5 to 10 days.

  • This does not apply to areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are being held. Please understand this in advance.


Damage during shipping, etc

  • Although we take great care when preparing for shipment to prevent scratches and dents on the outer box, there is still a possibility that the product may be damaged during transportation after delivery to the shipping company due to some trouble or the shipping company's responsibility.

  • Please forgive any scratches or dents on the outer box that do not interfere with the use of the main unit.
