*Free shipping on orders totaling 11,000 yen or more.

*If your total purchase amount is less than 11,000 yen, a flat shipping fee of 770 yen will be charged.

*If your total purchase amount is less than $200, a flat shipping fee of $30 will be charged.

*Free shipping on orders totaling $150 (SGD) or more.
*If your total purchase amount is less than $150 (SGD), a flat shipping fee of $20 (SGD) will be charged.

About Shipping Methods
- Shipping methods are determined by our store, and as a general rule, customers cannot choose their own shipping method. For shipments within Japan, we primarily use Yamato Transport; for international shipments, we use Japan Post’s EMS or UGX, or FedEx.
- Items will be shipped within 5 days of purchase.
- As a general rule, we do not accept requests for specific dates or time slots.
- However, if for any reason you would like to specify a shipping method, delivery date, or delivery time slot, please be sure to contact us in advance [before placing your order]. We cannot accommodate such requests after an order has been placed. Thank you for your understanding.
Orders Shipped to the United States
Prices for shipments to the United States already include the customs duties and import-related fees required at the time of import.
You will not be charged any additional fees by the shipping carrier upon receipt.
Please feel free to accept your package as is.

Orders to Other Countries
Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer (DAP terms). Please note that the shipping carrier (FedEx, Japan Post, etc.) may charge these fees upon arrival.
