* Orders totalling $200 or more are shipped free of charge.
* For orders under $200, a flat rate of $30 applies.
[ Singapore ]
* Orders totalling SGD $150 or more are shipped free of charge.
* For orders under SGD $150, a flat rate of SGD $20 applies.
[ United Kingdom ]
* Orders totalling £140 or more are shipped free of charge.
* For orders under £140, a flat rate of £14 applies.
[ France and the rest of the EU ]
* Orders totalling €160 or more are shipped free of charge.
* For orders under €160, a flat rate of €15 applies.
[ Sweden ]
* Orders totalling 1,800 kr or more are shipped free of charge.

Delivery methods
- The delivery method is chosen by us and cannot, as a rule, be selected by the customer. Within Japan we mainly use Yamato Transport; for overseas orders we use Japan Post EMS / UGX or FedEx.
- Orders are dispatched within 5 days of purchase.
- We do not, as a rule, accept requests for specific delivery dates or time slots.
- If you do need a particular delivery method, date or time slot for any reason, please contact us before placing your order. We cannot accept such requests after an order has been placed. Thank you for your understanding.
Orders to the United States
Prices for the United States already include the customs duties and import-related charges payable on import.
You will not be asked to pay anything extra by the carrier on delivery.
You can simply accept your parcel with confidence.

Orders to other countries
Customs duties and import taxes are payable by the customer (DAP basis). The carrier (FedEx, Japan Post, etc.) may charge these on arrival, so please be aware of this in advance.

Please note that the purchase price does not include import taxes, customs duties (except for the United States) or other local charges relating to delivery. These vary from country to country and are outside our control. For details, please consult your local customs office.
