  • Shipping charges on this website are as follows.

* Free shipping on orders of ¥11,000 or more.

Anywhere in Japan (free shipping)
* A flat rate of ¥770 applies to orders under ¥11,000.

[ USA ]

* Free shipping on orders of $200 or more.

USA $0 (free shipping)
* A flat rate of $30 applies to orders under $200.

[ Singapore ]

* Free shipping on orders of S$150 or more.

SGD $0 (free shipping)
* A flat rate of S$20 applies to orders under S$150.

[ United Kingdom ]

* Free shipping on orders of £140 or more.

GBP £0 (free shipping)
* A flat rate of £14 applies to orders under £140.

[ France and other EU ]

* Free shipping on orders of €160 or more.

EUR €0 (free shipping)
* A flat rate of €15 applies to orders under €160.

[ Sweden ]

* Free shipping on orders of 1,800 kr or more.

* A flat rate of 170 kr applies to orders under 1,800 kr.

Shipping methods

  • We choose the carrier and service, and customers cannot select it as a rule. Within Japan we mainly use Yamato Transport; overseas we ship by Japan Post EMS, UGX, or FedEx.
  • Orders are dispatched within 5 days of purchase.
  • We cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates or time slots as a rule.
  • If you do need a particular shipping method, date or time slot, please contact us before placing your order. We cannot accommodate requests made after an order is placed.

Orders shipped to the United States
Prices for the United States already include the duties and import charges payable on entry.
The carrier will not ask you for any additional payment on delivery.
You can simply accept your parcel.

Orders shipped to other countries
Duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility (DAP terms). The carrier (FedEx, Japan Post and others) may invoice you on arrival. Please note this in advance.

Delivery times

  • We use tracked shipping services so that your order reaches you reliably.
  • Within Japan, delivery normally takes 2-3 days after dispatch (3-4 days for remote islands).
  • Singapore takes roughly 3-5 business days; the United States and Europe roughly 5-8 business days.
  • These estimates do not apply to regions affected by natural disasters or large-scale events. Please note this in advance.

Damage during shipping, etc.

  • We prepare every shipment carefully to avoid scratches and dents to the outer box. Once the parcel is handed to the carrier, however, damage may occur in transit or through the carrier's handling.
  • We ask for your understanding regarding scratches or dents to the outer box that do not affect use of the item itself.

Other

  • Please note that the purchase price does not include import taxes, duties (except for the United States) or other local charges related to delivery. These vary by country and are outside our control. Please consult your local customs office for details.
