The work process isThe process will continue in the order of "unraveling (washing)", "pattern matching", "cutting", and "tailoring", but please note that we may not be able to meet your request if there are severe "stains" or "fading" due to age-related deterioration.

The delivery time is about 2-3 weeks after the kimono is received at our store, but we ask that you pay in advance (shopping cart).

Note)Please be aware that once the kimono has been cut, it cannot be put back together again. Also, please note that "pattern matching" is basically left to us.

Shipping Method

The shipping method is specified by us and, in principle, cannot be selected by the customer. We ship mainly by Yamato Transport in Japan and by EMS, UGX, or Fedex by Japan Post for overseas shipments.
Shipping will be within 5 days of purchase.
As a general rule, we do not accept date and time specifications.
However, if for some reason you wish to specify the delivery method, date, or time zone, please be sure to contact us in advance [before placing your order]. We cannot accept your request after your order has been placed. Please understand this in advance.

Orders Shipped to the United States
Prices for shipments to the United States already include the customs duties and import-related fees required at the time of import.
You will not be charged any additional fees by the shipping carrier upon receipt.
