Shipping Method
- The shipping method is specified by us and, in principle, cannot be selected by the customer. We ship mainly by Yamato Transport in Japan and by EMS, UGX, or Fedex by Japan Post for overseas shipments.
- Shipping will be within 5 days of purchase.
- As a general rule, we do not accept date and time specifications.
- However, if for some reason you wish to specify the delivery method, date, or time zone, please be sure to contact us in advance [before placing your order]. We cannot accept your request after your order has been placed. Please understand this in advance.
Orders Shipped to the United States
Prices for shipments to the United States already include the customs duties and import-related fees required at the time of import.
You will not be charged any additional fees by the shipping carrier upon receipt.
Please feel free to accept your package as is.
(Shipments are made on a DDP basis.)
Orders to Other Countries
Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer (DAP terms). Please note that the shipping carrier (FedEx, Japan Post, etc.) may charge these fees upon arrival.
If you order from overseas
Please note that purchase prices do not include import taxes, duties (except in the U.S.), and other local charges for delivery. These vary from country to country and we have no control over them. Please consult your local customs office for more information.
