About Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges on this website (hereinafter referred to as "our store") will be as follows

If the total amount of your purchase is 11,000 yen or more, we will send it to you free of charge.

Japan Nationwide (Free Shipping)
*If your purchase total is less than 11,000, a flat rate of 770 yen will be charged for shipping.

[ USA ]

If the total amount of your purchase is over $200, you will receive free shipping.

USA $0 (Free Shipping)
*If your total purchase amount is less than $200, we will charge you a flat rate of $30 for shipping.

[ Singapore ]

IF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF YOUR ORDER IS OVER 100$(SGD), YOU WILL RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING.

*If your total purchase amount is less than $100 (SGD), we will charge you a flat rate of $15 for shipping.

If your total purchase is 70€ or more, you will receive free shipping.

Shipping Method

  • THE SHIPPING METHOD IS SPECIFIED BY US AND, IN PRINCIPLE, CANNOT BE SELECTED BY THE CUSTOMER. WE SHIP MAINLY BY YAMATO TRANSPORT IN JAPAN AND BY JAPAN POST'S EMS OVERSEAS.

  • Shipping will be within 5 days of purchase.

  • As a general rule, we do not accept date and time specifications.

  • However, if for some reason you wish to specify the delivery method, date, or time zone, please be sure to contact us in advance [before placing your order]. We cannot accept your request after your order has been placed. Please understand this in advance.
  • Orders to the United States of America  

    Prices for the U.S. include all customs duties and import-related fees required at the time of importation in advance.
    You will not be charged any additional fees by the shipping company upon receipt.
    Please feel free to pick up your shipment as is.
    (Delivery will be made by the DDP method.

  • Orders to other countries
    Customers are responsible for customs and import duties (DAP method). Please note that the shipping company (FedEx, Japan Post, etc.) may charge you upon arrival.


About the number of days for delivery

  • We use a shipping method with a tracking number to ensure delivery to our customers.

  • Basically, it will arrive in 2-3 days after delivery is completed. (In some cases, such as on remote islands, it may take 3-4 days.)

  • For the U.S.A. and France, the delivery time is approximately 5 to 10 days.

  • This does not apply to areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are being held. Please understand this in advance.


Damage during shipping, etc

  • Although we take great care when preparing for shipment to prevent scratches and dents on the outer box, there is still a possibility that the product may be damaged during transportation after delivery to the shipping company due to some trouble or the shipping company's responsibility.

  • Please forgive any scratches or dents on the outer box that do not interfere with the use of the main unit.

  • Please note that purchase prices do not include import taxes, duties (except in the U.S.), and other local charges for delivery. These vary from country to country and we have no control over them. Please consult your local customs office for more information.
