- Return and Cancellation Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order If you are not satisfied with your order, return the merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit.

All inquiries must be sent via email to sales@kimono-cycle.com. Please specify what you are returning and the reason for the return. To process your return, please provide your name, email address, order number, and the name of the item(s) being returned. Shipping costs associated with returning unwanted items to us are the customer's responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact customer service at sales@kimono-cycle.com and send detailed photos of the damage along with your order number.
Orders can be cancelled until they are shipped (please contact us as soon as possible).
Every effort is made to ensure that all product information is accurate and complete and that the pictures clearly show the shape, color and details of each item. Orders are shipped both within Japan and internationally, so please order carefully as we cannot replace items ordered incorrectly due to customer error!
Please note that in all cases, the customer is responsible for paying customs fees and providing all documentation required by your country's customs. If the customer refuses to pay these taxes, the package will be returned to us. We will then refund the order amount and the return shipping charges for the package after we withdraw the shipping charges at the actual rate charged by the carrier. Please note that we are unable to return express shipments because the restocking fee is too high (usually in excess of the order amount). In that case, the order will be destroyed and no refund will be given.

KIMONO CYCLE will refund the customer within 2 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise. Refunds will be processed through the same account used to make the purchase.
